How to book a voyage

The first thing you need to do is to check the Challenge Wales schedule to see what trips are taking place. Further details on these trips, including departure and arrival ports and costs can be found on the schedule details page. The first thing to do once you have found a voyage you want to join is to check availability.

To do this
Call: 029 21 25 10 40 or email us.

Emailing us is the best and most effective way to check.

Once we have checked availability of your desired voyage you will need to read, and agree to, the terms and conditions and complete the medical declaration form.
Send your completed form back to us along with the booking form and the correct payment.

As some of the voyages can book up more quickly than others it is important that you get your booking form into us as soon as you have decided you want to join us.

We can provisionally reserve a berth for you on your selected trip for 48 hours if you advise us by telephone this is what you want to do when you are checking voyage availability. This will allow you to send in your booking form, payment and any other details required without potentially losing the berth. If your booking form and payment have not been received after 48 hours then the berth will be released.

Once we have checked availability you will need to read, and agree to, the terms and conditions, complete the booking form and medical declaration form and send it back to us with the correct payment to:
